Two Lions who gave their all to help make our 2017 Reindeer Run a success. RC Crompton directed the Lions run portion which included getting runners signed up, getting sponsors, placing posters and ads for the event and working with the Wheaton Park District. Dr. Terri Lightbody was in-charge of getting 100’s of volunteers to be at the race sign up, street intersections along the run, water stations, rest stops and the park at the end of the run where refreshments and awards were given out. Thank you both and your committee members.

After Lioness Dr. Terri Lightbody sang the Star Spangled Banner, the 6th Annual Wheaton Lions Reindeer Run began in downtown Wheaton. We had 1,346 runners competing in the 5K race.
